Weekly Planner Format:
This is a Planner for 2026 that also includes a verse selection from the Bible to write out each day. The verses are selected to provide a study of the topic of chesed - a Hebrew word translated into English words such as mercy or lovingkindness in the Bible. Spend a year immersed in the concept of God's chesed. Write out verses that speak of what chesed is, how it is described and how it is demonstrated. Learn how it relates to salvation, the difference between God's chesed and human chesed, and what we can ask Gof to do because of His chesed. Explore how David spoke of God's chesed, how it is related to God's covenant, and how God wants us to respond. Finally, see how humans do or don't show chesed, and end with our great example of God's chesed in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Take a year to give some thought to how you can love God with all your mind, heart, soul, and strength. Each month explores a new theme with space to write out a verse each day, and some ideas for further study. This is a weekly planner that will work for any year, requiring you to enter corresponding dates in the blank spaces provided.
Workbook Format:
Have you ever thought of yourself as a garden? What kinds of plants are you growing? Are they growing well? This workbook is meant to help you meditate on the parable of a spiritual garden and hopefully provoke some insight which will help you to garden well. There are twelve series of verses on a topic related to spiritual gardening with space to write out the passages and consider how they might relate to the topic and your own spiritual garden. There are also some facts that can maybe get the wheels rolling in your mind, some practical ideas to experience gardening firsthand, and a few colouring pages to aid your meditation.
This workbook is meant to help you engage with the book of Proverbs. A proverb is meant to be thought deeply about so that it can provide insight and guidance. To facilitate this, space is provided to write out a section of Proverbs every day of the year. Writing out Scripture is a way to engage with it in a more focused way so that it can be absorbed into our hearts.Included is space for taking notes or drawing if you choose to explore the daily section of verses a little more deeply. Each month has a colouring page to aid with meditation, a word study to help consider how to value wisdom, a short exploration of how to put wisdom to work in every day life, and since wisdom is a tree of life, a devotion to explore what trees can teach us about growing our own tree of life. I hope you will enjoy it and at the end of the year feel that you have grown in wisdom and knowledge of God!
The concept for this workbook began as a planner in 2022 with space to write out a verse each day. It has been revised to be a workbook rather than a planner. There are twelve sections which consider "I will's" from the Psalms. Each section has 15 verses to write out by hand and consider more closely, a related psalm to explore and turn into your own prayer, a word study to help with understanding what we are meant to do, and questions to help with application. As well, the process of metamorphosis in butterflies is examined as a metaphor for the development of a spiritual life. Throughout are lovely colour photos of beautiful butterflies, and thoughtful poetry.
